How to return a My Baby Shop Australia order

For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 15 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Email your order reference and the item you want to return so we can provide return instructions.
• Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. There are no handling, restocking or cancellation fees.
• The postal return address is Suite 307, Norwest Central, 12 Century Circuit, Norwest NSW 2153, Australia.
