Bulk enquiries
Retailers, community groups and individual customers can ask about buying available products in quantity. Products marked temporarily unavailable cannot be ordered through a wholesale enquiry.
What a quote covers
- Quantity. The unit price moves with the number, so the number is the first thing to tell us.
- The mix. Tell us which available products and options you need; we will confirm the proposed order.
- Timing. If you need it by a date, say so when you ask. A normal order is dispatched within 2 working days, then delivered within 7 working days by tracked courier. A bulk order can take longer, and the quote says how long.
- Delivery. Priced into the quote for the whole order, not added per line.

Yes, and the quote states them. The prices on the product pages are retail.
