Australian dispatch and delivery

Orders dispatch from Australia to Australian addresses. For destinations outside Australia, contact us before ordering.

Standard delivery

A$27.50 for orders below A$50; free for orders of A$50 or more. Allow 2 business days for handling and 7 business days in transit: 9 business days in total.

Express delivery

A$27.50 at every order value. Allow 1 business day for handling and 3–5 business days in transit: 4–6 business days in total. Select Express in checkout.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimated delivery times. We will contact you if your order is delayed.

Prices and tracking

Prices include GST. The free-standard threshold is based on your goods total after discounts. Delivery charges are shown before payment. We email tracking when your parcel is dispatched; items may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact theteam@mybabyshop.net.au with your order reference. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain protected.
